BUILT FOR PRODUCTION

More Than a File Conversion

Every design is engineered around how the embroidery will actually sew, look, and hold up on the finished product.

Production-smart sequencing

Logical color order, trims, travel paths, and start points help reduce unnecessary machine movement.

Fabric-aware settings

Underlay, pull compensation, and density are adjusted for caps, knits, twill, fleece, and other materials.

Clean file delivery

Receive the production format you need plus a visual run sheet for easy approval and repeat orders.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Digitizing Service FAQs

Helpful details about artwork, sizing, formats, and revisions.

No. A machine file contains stitch types, direction, density, underlay, sequencing, trims, and other production instructions. It must be engineered for embroidery.

Vector files are helpful but not required. You can send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, a scan, or even a clear sketch. We review the source before production.

Small size changes may work, but large changes often require a new setup. Stitch density, lettering, underlay, and detail must be reconsidered for the final dimensions.

Yes. Production-focused revisions are handled during proofing so the approved file matches the agreed size, artwork, and application.
